 A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle, Apple pay, or Cash app  at the time of service.
No deposit = no appointment. 

Wig Drop Off

 Wigs must be dropped off at least 2 days before your appointment for customization or prep.
Same-day drop-offs will result in a $25 same-day fee or may require rescheduling.
Please make sure your wig is labeled.

 Clients who are 10+ minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.
15+ minutes late = appointment may be canceled.
No-call/no-show = you forfeit your deposit and must rebook with a new deposit.

Add-ons like jewelry and wand curls are available and will be added to your total.
Early/Late appointments include extra fees:

-6–7 AM or 10–11 PM: +$20

-4–5 AM or 12–3 AM: +$30

 A touch-up is only for lace that's slightly lifting.
If your wig is halfway off, dirty, or fully lifted, that is a reinstall and will be charged as such.
Trying to book a $25 touch-up for a full reinstall = reschedule or refusal.

 You may reschedule once with 24+ hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer.
Less than 24 hours = deposit is forfeited.
Last-minute reschedules delay other clients — please be considerate.

 All services are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your install, please reach out within 24 hours and I’ll do my best to fix it.
Once you leave the chair, you're agreeing that the service was completed to your satisfaction.

 I work from a private, home-based space.
No extra guests are allowed unless approved ahead of time.
If you’re sick or have symptoms, reschedule your appointment. No exceptions.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What's the difference between a touch up and reinstall?

A:  A touch-up is for lace that's just lifting a little bit — like a corner or the front.
If your wig is lifting all the way around, dirty, or off your head, that’s a reinstall. You’ll be charged for it or asked to reschedule. 

Q: Can I bring a synthetic wig?

  Yes, you can — but please note that synthetic wigs don’t hold heat styling well and often don’t give the same natural look or lasting results as human hair wigs. For the best outcome, human hair is highly recommended. 

Q: What kind of wig should I buy for the best results?

A:  For the best results, I recommend a 100% human hair wig with a 13x4 or 13x6 HD or transparent lace frontal. Look for wigs that are 150–180% density for fullness. Always check the reviews and customer photos before buying — especially if you're shopping from sites like Amazon or AliExpress. If the lace looks thick or grayish in reviews, skip it. And if you're ever unsure, feel free to message me before you order! 

Q: Do you provide the wig?

 A: No, I don’t provide wigs. Clients are responsible for bringing their own wig to the appointment. If you’re not sure what to get, check the FAQ above or feel free to reach out for help before purchasing. 

How should I prep my hair before the appointment?

 A: Please come with your hair already washed and blow-dried straight. I do not offer wash or blow-dry services.

Do you work over other people’s installs?

 Yes, I do — if the lace is in good condition. I’ll always take a look first, and if the previous work makes it hard to give you a clean install, I’ll let you know what’s possible or recommend a fresh start.
